Kyöstinranta is a separate building right next to the lake. On the upper level there is a fully equipped conference room, which can be turned into a cosy place to spend an evening for groups of 15-30 persons. On the lower level there is a sauna, a fireplace and shower facilities. The sauna leads out on to a terrace with views over the lake. There is a fireplace on both the upper and lower levels.
