Standard equipment
Conference rooms
- Data projector
- VHS- and DVD player and loudspeakers for AV presentations
- Basic equipment including projector screen,1-2 flip charts, note pads, pens, masking tapes etc.
In addition to the above, the Auditorium includes
- laptop computer
- sound system with wired and wireless microphones
- control panel allowing four computers to be connected to the data projector simultaneously
- two electrical outlets for every participant
Groupwork rooms
- Basic equipment as in conference rooms
- If needed, a data projector can be rented. The rental charge is € 90 for the first day
and € 50 per day for subsequent days
The standanrd equipment is provided at no extra charge. Other meeting equipment, e.g.a computer, can be provided if required. The rental charge is € 160 for the first day and € 65 per day for subsequent days.
Internet connections
Free wireless internet connection covering the whole primeses.
Conference and group work rooms can be equipped with fixed broadband internet.
In addidtion Wireless Sonera HomeRun is working everywhere in the venue.
By your own credit card € 8.00 per 60 min. Customers can buy Sonera Prepaid
card from Gustavelund reception for €18 per 24 h.
Gustavelund assumes no responsibility for data security on customers' computers.
Business Center
A computer, printer and internet connection are available free of charge in the customer office.
