Arrival breakfast

If your meeting or conference starts in the morning, your guests can start the day with our breakfast buffet. We recommend the Gustavelund hotel breakfast, which offers a wide, flexible and ecological selection. The breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant.

Breakfast: selection of fresh rolls and bread, cut meats, cheeses, sausages, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, selection of vegetables, porridge, muesli, yogurt, fruit or berry salad, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk and fruit juices.

You can, of course, order coffee and tea with savoury or sweet accompaniments plus fruit and water to be brought to your conference room.

Conference lunch

Our conference lunch is a buffet where everyone can choose from the wide selection of tasty and healthy food on offer. Lunch is served in the restaurant buffet section.

Conference lunch: soup of the day, selection of vegetables, warm meat and fish dishes with accompaniments, coffee, fruit and biscuits.

Afternoon coffee/tea

Afternoon coffee/tea, with cakes and biscuits, is served at the buffet in the restaurant.

Conference dinner

For your conference dinner, you can choose from either a two-course or three-course menu. Our dinner menus are fresh and original yet represent value for money. Dinner is served either in the restaurant or the cabinet adjoining the restaurant.

Two-course dinner: salad, main course and dessert.
Three-course dinner: starter, main course and dessert.

Instead of dinner you might prefer to book a supper, evening snack, theme dinner or, in the summer, a barbecue or other summer speciality of your choosing.
